1. Delivering Inclusive Groundwater Services to Critical Areas

This component is the engine of the project, focusing on tangible investments and service delivery to secure clean, reliable water access for vulnerable communities. It ensures that infrastructure is resilient, multi-purpose, and managed sustainably at the local level.

2. Establish a uniform system for groundwater development and management across Somalia

This component is crucial for long-term governance and sustainability, transforming the way Somalia manages its critical groundwater resources. It builds the institutional framework necessary for informed, data-driven decisions.

Budget: US$ 4.6M

3. Project Management and M&E and Internalized Knowledge Management and Learning

This component is the operational backbone, ensuring efficient, transparent, and adaptive execution of the entire project across all five FMS. It guarantees accountability to all partners and stakeholders.
